A Message From Dr. Fanning
At The Cat Clinic, we take great pride in providing individualized care for each of our patients based on their unique health needs. This is largely thanks to our clinic staff, who are skilled at collecting the right information from our clients and helping Dr. Fanning to educate pet owners on the best treatment plans for their kitties.
Like many other veterinary clinics across the country, COVID has tested our limits by creating a unique combination of increased demand — due to the number of pet adoptions during the pandemic — and decreased capacity and staffing — due to curbside care requirements and the limited number of skilled professionals seeking employment.
We expect a very busy season ahead and have been advertising for more support staff, but demand is high and availability low. So, while we still make every effort to put our very best foot forward, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue our search for qualified new staff members to support our team.
In order to keep our staff energized, well-rested, and well-equipped to continue serving you and our furry family members well, we have had to make some difficult decisions regarding our scheduling. While we expect these changes to be temporary, we appreciate in advance your cooperation and flexibility.
Lastly, while we recognize that many of you have had your vaccinations, many of our staff members are still at risk and for this reason we ask that you continue to wear a mask and practice social distancing when you visit the hospital. Please understand that only staff are allowed into the hospital at this time. We look forward to a time in the future when we can see all of you again in person, but for the time being we remain grateful for your help in protecting our staff.

Saturday Closed (Open 5/8 and 5/22 By Appointment)
