Please be advised that a non-refundable reservation fee is required for all new clients when scheduling their first appointment. This fee will be applied to your bill at the time of your appointment.

This fee will be forfeited if:

1. The appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice
2. The appointment is canceled (not rescheduled)
3. The appointment is a “no show”

Why is this needed?
Thoroughly reviewing medical records and preparing for an appointment is a time-intensive task. This fee acts as a processing fee if the appointment is canceled or missed without adequate notice.
