Senior Care

Once your cat reaches seven years of age, we recommend scheduling wellness exams twice per year. Preventative medicine is important when our pets are young, but as our pets age, and become prone to certain disease processes, bi-annual exams and blood work become even more important.

Bi-annual exams and simple blood work to check liver and kidney values, along with thyroid function, have the potential to alert us to early changes that may give us important information about your cat’s health. We understand the changes your cat will experience as they become older, and we also know the importance of keeping your cat healthy as they enter their golden years.

If it’s been more than six months since your senior cat’s last checkup, give us a call at 203-748-2287 today!
