If you want a friendly, compassionate and attentive feline-focused vet who is there to help prevent illness as well as deal with emergencies, then we could be the practice for you. If you embrace your cat as a family member, then you are most likely in the right place.

We know not everyone wants this level of care from a vet and some people would prefer low-cost with no frills. For example, some clients may not think dental care or vaccines matter. No worries, we’re not here to judge people, but we’re also not the right practice for them.  We believe in being honest–it’s one of our values–so we wanted to get this up front and kick off our relationship on the very best foot. New Client Deposit Policy

Please be advised that a non-refundable $35 deposit is required for all new clients when scheduling their first appointment. This deposit will be applied to your bill at the time of your appointment.

This deposit will be forfeited if:

  • The appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice
  • The appointment is canceled (not rescheduled)
  • The appointment is a “no show”

Why is this needed?
Thoroughly reviewing medical records and preparing for an appointment is a time-intensive task. This deposit acts as a processing fee if the appointment is canceled or missed without adequate notice.
